My column, "Speaking of optimism, a salute to our state champion " ran on Friday, May 11th. Click here to read it. You can click here to read the text of Rachel's speech and see a video.

Arthur's column, "Some inside tips to speed up your PC" was published Saturday before last. Click here to read it.

Feeling hungry?

I'm coming up on my first anniversary with Weight Watchers. I'm down 40 pounds and feeling great. One great resource I've enjoyed is the Hungry Girl site. She sends out a daily newsletter with product reviews and skinny-ed down recipes that give WW points. She also has a show on the Food Network and has published some great cookbooks.
