THE COKE LADY!
Many of you know about the Coke Lady (so named because of her employer.) She brings wonderful plus sizes and she's coming back on Sunday (12-11) night! She's bringing jackets, coats, dresses, 2 piece dress sets, pants, jeans...you get the idea. Most are high end brands like Ralph Lauren and Talbots; many still have the tags on them. Sizes are 2X, 3X, 22 and 24.

We'll be hard at work on Monday morning getting them processed. Come early to get the best selection!

My husband, Arthur, and I each write twice-a-month columns for The Times here in Gainesville. His deal with computing and technology issues. Mine deal with whatever strikes my fancy.

Arthur's latest Computer Care column, about defragging your hard drive, was published on December 10th. Click here

My column ran on December 9th. Click here to read " ‘Getting locked up for tasting the grapes

Card tree

I recently stumbled across an inventive way to display all those Christmas cards that are crowding the mantlepiece. Courtney of A Diamond in the Stuff has an easy tutorial on her blog for taking a simple tomato cage, some red spray paint and a few other readily available craft items and creating a cute display. Whatcha Eatin'?

Hasselback potatoes are the Swedish version of baked potatoes. These baked potato fans were popularized as the namesake dish of the restaurant at the Hasselbacken Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. This baked potato has a wonderful seasoned crispy crust which goes well with roasts and baked fish. This looks like a very fancy side dish, but is actually easy to do. It's definitely a unique way to serve potatoes. Click here to get started.

Computer Corner

Arthur says:

There is a new variation on an old bug circulating the Internet. It's called XP AntiSpyware 2012 and may go under many other various names. But don't let the name fool you.If you have Vista or Win 7, you can still get infected.
Phone or email him for an appointment if your computer has this (or another) infection. It is a malware and is NOT a real program, no matter how real the pop-ups look. DO not purchase it when you are threatened by its warnings. Its sole purpose is to get your credit card number.
It will not remove anything but your money!
That's it for now. Remember-email goes both ways...
If you run across any exceptional bargains or impressive new products, let us know. We'll put the word out!

Have a remarkable week!
